Hey, I'm Jayant.
I'm a Computer Science undergraduate at NIST University and a passionate full-stack developer, I enjoy turning ideas into clean, user-friendly applications and solving real-world problems through technology. Driven by curiosity and a love for building, I'm constantly learning, experimenting, and creating meaningful digital products.
What I Build
Areas where I like turning ideas into working systems.
Full-Stack Applications
Modern web applications with thoughtful frontend and backend architecture.
AI-Powered Products
Applications using LLMs, AI workflows, RAG, agents, and automation.
Backend Systems
APIs, authentication, databases, integrations, background workflows, and server-side systems.
Developer Tools & Experiments
Small tools, prototypes, experiments, and technical explorations.
Selected Work
A few things I've built, experimented with, and learned from.
Smart Education
AI-powered school management and learning platform for administrators, teachers, and students.
DevNotes AI
A RAG-powered notes app that lets developers chat with their own technical notes and documentation.
TaskFlow API
A backend service for team task management with webhooks and background jobs.
MCP Toolkit
A small collection of MCP servers for connecting AI agents to everyday developer tools.
The Lab
Experiments, ideas, and things I'm currently figuring out.
MCP × APIs
activeExploring how MCP differs from traditional REST APIs, and where each fits when giving an AI agent access to tools.
AI Agents
activeExperimenting with agent orchestration, tool-calling loops, and how much autonomy to hand an agent versus a human.
RAG
exploringExploring retrieval pipelines, chunking strategies, and context-aware applications built on top of a vector store.
Event-Driven Systems
exploringExperimenting with queues, background workflows, and how event-driven design changes the shape of a backend.
Auth Patterns
pausedWorking through session-based vs. token-based auth, and how row-level security changes API design decisions.
Self-Hosting & Docker
exploringLearning to containerize and self-host small services, and what breaks between 'it works locally' and production.
Tech Arsenal
Technologies I reach for, organized by where they fit.
A little about me.
Computer Science student who prefers learning by building — currently spending most of my time on full-stack products and AI systems.
I'm a Computer Science undergraduate who enjoys understanding systems deeply, not just using them. Most of what I know has come from building real projects — full-stack apps, backend services, and lately, AI-powered tools — and figuring out what breaks along the way.
I'm especially drawn to backend and systems thinking: how data flows, how services talk to each other, and how AI fits into software that people actually use. I'm still learning, and I like it that way.
B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering
NIST University · 2022 — 2026
CGPA 9.66
Started B.Tech in Computer Science
Began CSE at NIST University — first real exposure to programming and systems thinking.
Started exploring web development
Learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, then moved into React and building real projects.
Moved deeper into full-stack development
Picked up Next.js, backend architecture, and databases — started building complete applications end to end.
Exploring AI systems, agents, and architecture
Currently focused on LLM applications, RAG, agent orchestration, and MCP.

Thinking / Writing
Notes on AI, backend systems, and the things I run into while building.
Open Source & Activity
Most of what I build lives on GitHub, including work in progress.
Have an idea worth building?
I'm always interested in interesting products, experiments, and collaborations.
